Warranty Policy

We warrant that our DASH OffRoad products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period.

Fitting and Use 

  • Please ensure you fit the product in accordance with product information and all vehicle compliance and safety laws.  
  • Please ensure you use the product for the purpose in which it was intended and read all relevant information regarding its use. 

Exclusions 

  • The warranty will not apply where the defect is caused by any of the following: 
  • General wear and tear. 
  • Incorrect fitting of the product. 
  • Unusual, improper, or negligent use or misuse of the product including failure to repair and maintain. 
  • Alternations, modifications, stone chips, salt spray, abuse, acts of nature, collisions, road hazards, overloading, or adverse conditions. 
  • Using the product other than for the purpose for which it was designed for. 
  • Damage caused in racing or competitions. 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • The cost of removing and/or reinstalling the product 
  • If applicable, the cost of transport returning the product to DASH OffRoad.  

Making a Claim 

As soon as you are aware of an issue, please contact your original supplier of the product. If purchased from a third party contact them directly as they will need to make the claim through DASH OffRoad on your behalf. 

Please have with you: 

  • Purchase receipt; which includes your invoice number, name, and date of purchase. 
  • Description, photos and/or videos of the defects. 

DASH OffRoad will then determine if the claim is covered under warranty. If the claim goes through DASH OffRoad will: 

  • Where applicable replace the faulty part or 
  • Replace the faulty item. 
  • Depending on the circumstances DASH OffRoad may choose to have the faulty item returned for inspection before processing further with the claim. In this circumstance the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item returned to DASH OffRoad.
