The Carbon 12K Winch is a premium 12,000lb electric winch engineered in Australia by KPD Industries for serious off-road recovery. Developed over four years and proven in extreme environments including Australia, Iceland, and the Middle East, Carbon Winches have earned a reputation for exceptional reliability, strength, and durability. Built with fully sealed internals, a powerful series-wound motor, and lightweight synthetic rope, this winch is designed to perform when it matters most.

Features

Built for harsh Australian conditions with fully sealed motor, drum, and gearbox to protect against water, dust, and dirt ingress.
Powerful 12V 6HP series-wound motor and 3-stage planetary gears deliver strong, consistent 12,000lb pulling performance.
Automatic full-load brake operates through the gear train with no heat on the drum, protecting synthetic rope from damage.
Smooth rotating ring gear clutch provides easy, low-effort freespool operation.
Supplied with 24m x 10mm synthetic rope, black hook, and CNC billet alloy multi-fit fairlead with standard or 20mm offset mounting.
Includes both wireless and wired remotes, plus multiple control box mounting options and battery isolator for flexible, safe installation.
